Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Plan - Creating marketing plan, calendar and budget for the financial year and ensuring adherence to it
2. Digital Marketing - Building strategies, content plans, research of latest trends, execution of campaigns across various mediums, creating reports, monitoring and analysing performance, budget allocation, social media management, SEO, etc.
3. PR - Driving PR with agency to achieve brand awareness through key media outlets both online and in print
4. Events - Creating an events calendar, executing brand events for clients, prospects and channel partners
5. Brand Collaborations - Strategizing and collaborating with like-minded luxury brands to improve brand outreach and build brand perception in target audience
6. Content Creation - Up to date with latest trends in brand relevant content through regular research
7. Gifting - Ideating unique and thought through brand gifts that tell the brand story, for various occasions
8. Reporting for all activities undertaken to track goals, performance, timelines, etc.
Skills Required:
1. An in-depth understanding of design, copy and web best practices / guidelines
2. Analytical skills to take data driven decisions
3. Excellent leadership skills
4. Strong oration, presentation and communication skills
5. A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
6. Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint advanced level skills mandatory
