Position Specification : Marketing Manager - Group

Brief Overview :
Our client is a prominent business group with a 35 year parentage and business diversification in natural stone retail, shipping, investment banking, educational travel, luxury travel, & real estate sectors. The group has also recently launched new-age online ventures in start-up investment ecosystem and investment management.
We are looking for a young, hands-on, dynamic and creative marketing professional to position the multiple group brands through a cumulative mix of print, digital, atl, btl & PR initiatives. A diverse marketing experience in various businesses with some exposure to home products/ natural stone and interiors industry will be an advantage.
The young professional should come up to 5 years of experience and willingness to take on a marketing leadership role in the organisation, reporting to the group director.
Key Responsibilities :
- To formulate and develop a comprehensive Marketing and Brand management strategy for the companies
- To plan and execute brand positioning, promotion and new market strategy.
- To execute events, marketing and PR campaigns and other brand visibility exercises
- Use effective digital, print, online communication tools to increase awareness amongst customers.
- Manage network and tools for relationship management with customers
- Experience in interacting, negotiating and transacting with media owners such as home decor / architectural magazines for PR and Advertising
- Experience in coordinating marketing collateral development with external agencies
- Familiar with BTL marketing initiatives such as fairs / workshops / events etc.
- Experience of liaising with creative agency for developing and coordinating creative.
- Experience in digital and social media such as -Facebook engagement, Google, Twitter engagement, iPad/iPhone/Mobile apps, SEO management and coordination etc.
- Undertake brand marketing of multiple brands as per respective brand guidelines.
- Develop brand communication for promotion & marketing of the brands.
- Effectively managing vendors & agencies for execution of marketing activities.
- Development of marketing related merchandise & collaterals for timely execution of promotional activities like leaflet, brochures, direct mailers etc.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Committed, driven and goal-oriented to achieve targets in set Time frame
Minimum Educational Qualifications :
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree equivalent in marketing.
