Job Summary: - We're looking for a Research Manager who will be responsible for undertaking and delivering a wide range of research projects across different categories - The incumbent shall bring his/ her research, analytical, design and reporting expertise to the team. - The successful applicant will have good commercial skills, a creative approach to problem solving, and a commitment to delivering value to customers. - While managing research projects and client relationships, the person shall also lead the design of quantitative fieldwork (such as survey questionnaires, data analysis, data visualisation) and support presentation, design and delivery. - He/ She shall be supporting the development of new business opportunities, including writing proposals for our prospective clients. - Knowledge of Qualitative Research will be an added advantage. - Job Location: Mumbai/ New Delhi. However the company is currently flexible on location since it shall be WFH operation. - Reports to: Head Quantitative Research - Reportees: At present it shall be an IC role, but eventually the team may be in place in due course of time - Important: Since this research part of the business is a new set up, hence one should be willing and ready to work in a start-up kind of work culture and environment. Education and Experience : - Preferred MBA or Master's Degree - Experience of at least 4-5 years working for reputed market research agency - Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint Usage - Knowledge of SPSS and similar tools
