- Exhibit a structured approach to problem solving and working knowledge of issues based consulting - Understanding of the business problem or why the client wants to do the study, what decisions depends on this study. Ability to translate the issue into tasks, recommending an appropriate design at correct financials

- Exhibit proficiency in responding to inbound research inquires for quick turnaround. Lead proposal development and business development initiatives
