Educational Qualification:

a) Essential: PGDM/MBA (Tier I / II business schools)

b) Exposure to data management and analysis in real estate and/or market planning

Experience:

a) Essential:

- Overall experience upto 7 years with real estate execution experience and 3 years in field work

- Previous experience in restaurant/QSR industry is preferred

b) Desirable:

- Retail franchise management experience

- Experience with leading IPCs such as JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, and others

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain key set of standard reporting and analytics that enable deeper site analysis, accelerate decision making, improve forecasting, and drive insights-based action.

- Support the development reporting process by consolidating & analyzing information.

- Provide clear messaging and communications to franchisees on PH Development strategy with intentional focus on where to build new restaurants.

- Evaluate proposed sites based on market parameters, location analysis, target audience, footfall generators, competition mapping, and a high-street/mall overview.

- Evaluate sales projections in relation to analogue stores/cities, current rentals, and other QSR performance.

- Collaborate and support the franchisee partners ongoing development results aligned with those plans.

- Excel and data analytics skills are required

- Ability to partner well with cross functional departments and work with all levels

- Ability to efficiently manage workload well with shifting priorities

- Team player with ability to establish rapport & credibility quickly.
