Manager - Market Development - Lighting Division

" KEY DELIVERABLES "

- Visit and Give Introduction, Presentation and educate the Technical know-how of complete Lighting range to Key Customers with BDMs and on the individual level

- Will be responsible to give desired solutions to the customers on complete lighting aspects Like Its Features, Specifications, technicality, Design, and usage.

- Closely work with the team, BDM and Lighting Sales, the team to generate leads and close the loop

- Give required solution to the customers at 360-degree level.

- Complete Focus on Commercial, Outdoor and decorative along with trade products should be given, and support inefficient perforamnce of the team

- Do Site scanning and generate leads from cos outlet and major clients in the assigned territory and share the same with Lighting Team

- Collect Knowledge of new products, develop new accounts and support in a business generation to Lighting team

- To address prompty on any specific query, assistance on Lighting Products and after-sales services through Lighting Customer Care team

Candidate requirement:-

BE / BTech Electrical

Should have a strong north zone working experience
