Manager - Marine/Port Transaction Advisor

Designation: Manager - Marine

Role is for a person with working marine background preferably with knowledge of operations in ports

The candidate should have a sound knowledge of the Regulatory policy framework and development of Port, operations and services related to port activities

The key accountabilities would broadly include:

- Transaction advisory services i.e. preparation of Transaction documents like EOI, RFQ, RFP, Model Concession or Draft Concession Agreement, etc pertaining to PPP Projects

- Plan and advise to conceptualize and implement solutions that relate to process improvements at various ports

- Co-ordinating with the variety of maritime stake holders

- Suggest improvement in regulatory maritime policies

- Feasibility studies of the planned port infrastructure

- OD studies for cargoes

- Candidate to have at least 7 (Seven) Years of work experience

- Previous experience working with government sector (Central Government / State Government) will be given additional preference

- Candidates to have MBA or any equivalent degree

- Selected candidate to be deputed at Client's office in Mumbai for 2 (Two) years with an option of 1 (One) year extension.
