Manager - Manufacturing Controlling/Plant Controlling - CMA

Organisation : A global Manufacturer in Auto related Industry (5 days, work from office)

Qualification : CMA

Position : Manager (Corporate based role)

Act as Business partner for plant operations globally to steer performance by providing methodological and analytical support in the Manufacturing

Experience:

- At least 5years+ experience with Manufacturing Industry in the relevant role.

- Pro in MS Excel & Power Point.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management and analytical skills.

- Proficient in SAP, especially on MM and CO module

- Excellent Knowledge of Product Costing

Job responsibility:

- Develop and implement manufacturing performance related MIS for Management for monitoring and controlling actions.

- Consolidation of annual budget, quarterly forecasting process and actual reporting for Manufacturing units

- Support in Budget Guidance Letter for target setting for Budget preparation based on Management direction.

- Continuously improve management reporting formats/ templates

- Highlight deviations/ variation.

- Analysis of the variances.

- Create/Monitor Manufacturing Dashboard for online reporting of Operational KPI

- Ensure standard controlling processes, definition and procedures are maintained with consistency between the plants

- Ensure compliance of cost savings activities planned/incorporated during budget

- Schedules and produces periodic reports regarding MIS performance

- Review/ develop Sop's on commercial process relating to Plant Operations
