Key responsibilities :

- Work with clients to analyze data, identify solutions, develop recommendations, and present to stakeholders

- Develop hypotheses around key challenges faced by the clients

- Gather, analyze data and information in a rapid iterative fashion, to develop recommendations

- Support clients through implementation of recommendations

- Develop technical proposals on key topics and offerings for clients

- Develop intellectual property and publish articles on core topics

- Work with firm leadership on building up the firm at strategic and tactical levels

Key capabilities :

- Sharp analytical skills : Ability to quickly absorb data, seek patterns, analyze data using classical data analytic tools

- Expertise in working with analytical tools : Strong MS Office / Excel skills (any coding / AI expertise is an added 'plus')

- Smart research skills : Ability to extract data from a variety of sources - open-source internet, proprietary databases, client interviews, expert discussions

- Starting Expertise around the core topics of the firm's interest : Strategy, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain

- Impact orientation : Willingness and ability to keep moving forward, creating impact constantly

- Organizational savviness : Ability to understand client organizational culture, hierarchies (said and unsaid) in rapid time

- Strong written communication skills : Exceptional slide-writing skills (clarity of expression, creativity and visual appeal), strong text-document writing skills

- Strong verbal communication skills : Ability to articulate clearly across formats - formal presentations, informal team discussions

- Relationship Management skills : Ability to build relationships with client peers

- Willingness to learn : Ability and hunger to learn new skills and languages
