Manager - M&A Taxation - CA - Internet/Online

Key responsibilities:

Analysis of tax and corporate law matters in various M&A and internal corporate restructuring

Well versed with foreign exchange, FDI and stamp duty issues in M&A

Working knowledge of indirect tax issues in M&A

Well versed with accounting principles and practices

Well versed with filing and handling of appeals before Income Tax Commissioners and tax tribunals

Professional Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant

Skill set required:

Good interpretation skills of tax laws, rules and procedures

Data analysis for meaningful results and tax submissions

Thorough experience of extracting data from Oracle/SAP
