Manager - M&A - Mining/Power

The current opening is with a well known conglomerate into businesses like mining, metals, power, coal, etc for Manager Merger and Acquisition.

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for tracking all potential and on going merger projects and adhering to the project deadlines.

- Evaluation of Targets in global as well as local space

- Network with investment bankers and advisors to bag the deal.

- Dealing with statutory authorities and government departments of different geographies to obtain necessary approvals and clearances.

- Tracking and leveraging market opportunities in different geographies.

- Prepare detailed valuation for the project

- Coordinate the due diligence process with external consultants

- Assist in transaction documentations

- Presentation to management for approval.

We invite application from CA, MBA with 8-10 years of post qualification experience.

- Should have exposure to identifying investment and market opportunities globally in areas of coal, cement, metals, etc. and bagging projects or work on acquisitions.

- Should have strong analytical and presentation skills and must have interacted with investment bankers
