Hiring for Manager - M&A Research (Sector specific)/ Financial and business research for Global Accounting firm in Gurgaon

Job Description :

- Performing Sector specific (Utilities, infrastructure, life sciences, TMT, Automotive, automobile )due diligence process for the purpose of Merger and acquisition and Investments.

- Prepare information memorandums, pitch-books and decks to support the BD team

- Conducting financial analysis to assess prevalent financial & economic environment.

- Developing strategy for the client and analysing the problem, requirement gathering, providing strategic solutions, building models and testing and acceptance.

- Support development of research materials through analysing industry trends, competitive landscape as well as primary & secondary research studies.

- Undertaking quantitative / qualitative forecasting analysis and in-depth strategic reviews to determine potential opportunities

Desired Profile :

- Qualified CA / full time MBA / CFA with 7 -10 years of post qualification experience in project based environment.

- Relevant experience in business and financial research and report writing.

- Advanced understanding of accounting concepts and good analytical skills.

- Project management, leadership, coaching, counseling and supervisory skills.
