Qualification : CA (M&A Advisory exp is must)

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

- Independently handling various consulting assignments.

- Independently handling Financial Due Diligence and should be able to co-ordinate with tax and other teams to execute and finalize the report.

- Playing the pivotal role in advising on acquisition and joint venture.

- Very strong at documentation.

- Client interface and liaison. Independently handle client relationship.

- Scoping the assignments, preparing and drafting / reviewing the proposal.

- Should be aware of FEMA

Requirement:

- Experience of 5-8 years

- Handled Financial Due Diligence and have experience in broad reviewing and closing the entire report.

- Knowledge of Accounting Standards

- Handled independently various Restructuring, Re-organization, Due Diligence assignments

- Valuation (both statutory and other)

- Should be experienced in leading a team

- Company Law knowledge – working knowledge

- Taxation – (high level understanding and concept of transaction)

- Experience in system audit, setting up of process, etc

- Ability to work within deadlines

- Good analytical and communication skills
