Manager - Loyalty & Rewards - With SBI Cards & Payment Services

Role Summary/Purpose : Manage the Loyalty program for the SBI Credit Cards portfolio ;

Essential Responsibilities : The job role will entail management of the following :

Reward Agency : Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) between the company and rewards agency for all the activities related to the loyalty programs.

Reward Catalogue : Build engagement by increasing catalogue redemption rates without corresponding increase in costs Introduce new product periodically in the catalogue.

Campaigns: Create and implement periodic, seasonal and need based campaigns to increase the catalogue redemption; Strategic and tactical partnerships with various merchant partners at a regional & national level.

Reward P&L : Negotiate with the vendor to continuous build more value for cardholder & lowest possible cost per point, Keep close tab on Rewards / actuarial cost

Job Deliverable :

- Managing the rewards catalogue partners to provide best in class rewards value & experience to SBI Credit card holders

- Rewards program management: Ensuring products, vouchers & air miles are delivered at the best value and as per agreed timelines.

- Managing the mix of cash points and reward points.

- Work with other departments like finance, controllership and customer services to ensure smooth running of loyalty program.

- Ensure complaint resolution is provided within defined TAT

- Liaison with all internal stakeholders to drive deliverable

Qualifications/Requirements : MBA (2007 - 2010)

- Ability to build cross functional relationships to create synergies

- Good Knowledge on Consumer and Competition behavior and Credit Card Market Dynamics

- Prior experience of Reward/ loyalty management will be an added advantage.
