Manager - Logistics & Supply Chain - Research & Development

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for leading the complete Supply Chain Operations, Logistics portfolio for different centers

- Managing high volume engagements within this LOG unit

- Drive Supply chain operations, along with strong exposure of working in a STPI (Software Tech Parks of India) environment, Asset tracking & tracing

- Responsible for driving the logistics including International shipping of key products and operations for all the business critical projects being run across different facilities

- Driving a team of 3-4 members

- Reporting & sharing data analytics with business leaders & Finance leadership.

Qualification :

- Master of Business Administration - Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain

- Management & Operations.

Experience :

- 18-20 yrs of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, STPI Compliance Governance and Reporting

- International shipping & freight management

- Should have managed key stakeholder relationships with government officials with the STPI and Customs.

- Should come with strong people management skills in managing high performance team.

- Strong negotiation & influencing skills

- Strong communication skills
