Manager - Logistics & SCM - Food Cold Storage Transportation

Job Description:

1. Shall have an experience of building the infrastructure from stretch

2. Create Strong relationship with cold chain fleet companies at pan India

3. Strong SAP SD/MM module hands on experience in Distribution & Warehouse Management System

4. Monitoring the Inventory levels at Filed warehouses/PW and coordinating with Sales team for liquidating.

5. Knowledge in Multi location Distribution model.

6. Good exposure in secondary & Primary transportation services

7. Experience in building and Handling team

8. Handling of Labour contractors and transporters, and processing the monthly claims

9. Monitoring the Warehouse expenses on regular intervals

10. Flexible for frequent travel across India

11. Coordinating with sales team and addressing the issues on day to day business

12. Well knowledge about FIFO, Audits etc..

13. Strong exposure in Logistics operations & cost control techniques.

14. Exposure in handling cold chain logistics

15. Active participation in Sales and operation planning

16. Must have Sound Knowledge of Import and Export Documentation

17. Must have knowledge Frozen Food transportation.

18. Must handle CNF Location at Pan India

Must be in Food-Cold Storage Transportation background

Qualification : Graduate + MBA from Institute of repute.

Specialization in SCM is must.
