About the company :

The company is a well-funded e-commerce startup in the baby, maternity apparel, and children's accessories space

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Responsible for managing and mentoring the Operations/Logistics team.

- Implementation of innovative process and training ideas

- Work closely with the Product team to ensure speedy resolution of bugs and as well as on the long term product road-map

- Create/ Manage KPI's and deliver on the same

- Formulate vision and goals for the org and have the leaders execute the same
