Job Profile : Logistic Manager

Job Responsibility :

- Supervise the activities of personnel engaged in customer order entry processing, personnel responsible for inventory control, warehousing and logistics.

- Optimum inventory planning

- Implementation of process analyzes, improvements, specifications, documentation throughout the supply chain process

- Preparation of regular reports to management, as well as punctual delivery of results

- Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services

- Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle

- Liaising and negotiating with internal departments and external parties

- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

- Resolve any arising problems or complaints

- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce

- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

- Comply with local laws, regulations and stat & compliance requirements
