Manager - Logistics - eCommerce

Job Responsibilities :

1) Logistics Management

- High Service Levels

- Increase Accuracy in Documentations Reduce Downtime

2) Manage the entire Packaging Process

- Enhance Packaging and maintain consistency

3) Analyse, strategize and plan to execute reduction in operational costs

4) Assign Primary and Secondary 3PL

5) Ensure seamless managing of CRM system (Inventory Management System)

6) Ensure smooth and high efficiency in logistics management

7) Gallery Operations : Plan and execute daily activities in the gallery

8) Artwork Stock Management

- Monitor stock-in, stock-out

9) Vendor Management

- Should have managed a team of 2-5 members

Knowledge:

- Knowledge in Logistics operations, Stock Management and Administration

- Knowledge on international transport rules and regulations

- Excellent communication skills
