Job Description:

- Management of Inbound and outbound Logistics PAN India basis

- Analyzing Lorry Hire Cost

- Contract finalization with Transporters and Vendors

- Guiding and Training to Operations regarding operation works

- Coordination with purchase, production and marketing for dispatch

- Passing of bills and arranging payments of Transporters/Contractors

- Working in ERP (Oracle)

- Vendor Development

- ODC Consignment

- Manage and handle day to day operations as per the process and procedures designed by the organization.

- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

- Should be able to watch and take quick decisions to ensure speed and accuracy in the Logistics operations.

- Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation

- Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.

- Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system.

- Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements.

- Booking sub-contractors and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms.

- Confronting climate change issues by implementing transport strategies.

- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, dispatch, warehouse in and out, and customer services.

- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.

- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, retailers and consumers

- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.

- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments

- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.

- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.

- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.

- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

- Comply with laws (Excise).
