Manager - Liquidity Risk - Big4

Adreso is currently hiring a Manager - Liquidity Risk for one of the big four companies in India. If you have expertise in Liquidity risk Consulting and project management skills, we want to hear from you!

What we are looking for:

- 10+ years of relevant work experience.

- A degree in CA / MBA in Finance or Masters in similar and relevant field.

- Possess an FRM/CQF/CFA certification.

- Good working knowledge of liquidity reporting requirements and regulations like - Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable funding Ratio (NSFR), and Internal Liquidity Measure (ILM) and the calculation of them.

- Proficiency in control testing and assurance related to Liquidity risk (LCR, NSFR, ALMM, PRA110).

- A good understanding of Treasury risk and associated processes.

- Proven track record of successful involvement with change management programs and excellent communication skills.

- Creative approach to problem-solving and ability to navigate in a complex matrix environment with focus and execution.

- Strong communication, documentation, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to be highly flexible, adaptable and creative.

- Broad consulting and project management skills, effective written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to pursue passions beyond work and invest in your wellbeing.
