Manager - Legal - Telecom

Job Description:

- Contract Management (Drafting, vetting, review of contracts)

- Monitoring all kind of litigations and co-ordinating with external lawyers

- Support and resolve legal related queries of different Business functions

- Interpret contracts and advice concerned managers on contractual responsibilities

- Provide sound legal advice to the company and make recommendations to management as necessary

Required skills:

- 5-10 years of experience in legal role (contracts, compliance, litigation, legal)
