Manager - Legal - Retail - CS + LLB

Hiring for Leading Retail Client

- Drafting and vetting of Distributor Agreement and Franchisee Agreement.

- Drafting and vetting of Agreement pertaining to E Commerce Agreement, SIS & MBO's.

- Responsible for issues pertaining to the aforesaid including termination and revocation of the agreements.

- Drafting and vetting of RFQ, Liquidation agreement and defining processes for the same. Agreement pertaining to WH and their vendors.

- Keeping a watch on the consumer cases arising at the aforesaid stores including consumer litigation at the appellate level. Creating awareness for the same and keeping us informed.

- Handling legal issues pertaining to recovery from the aforesaid Franchisee/ Distributors.

- WH and C & F Compliance.

- CS Functions.

- CS and LLB with 5-8 Years; Retail Experience preferred. Taxation would be an added advantage.

- Results orientated and self-starter with - can do- attitude.

- Strong communication both verbal and non-verbal as well as negotiating skills

- Organization and prioritization skills, Effective time management, detail and accuracy
