- Drafting, reviewing and vetting of contracts and other matters - Drafting, vetting and negotiating legal contracts specifically pertaining to real estate transactions, such as, Joint Development Agreement, Seller-Buyer Contracts, Sale Deeds, Transfer Deeds, Lease Deeds, Memorandum of Understanding, Maintenance and Service Agreements, Consultancy Contracts, Vendor Agreements, NDA, Term Sheets, EOIs. - Legal due diligence for real estate - Review and negotiating corporate funding, business partnerships (JV and related) documents - Advising the businesses/ functions on possible legal structures for a proposed transaction and other legal matters - Preparation of various internal and external SOPs, High level management note, agreements, deeds, POAs, MOUs and other documents and their compliances - To oversee and advise on the ongoing and new cases pending/filed before multiple forums Preparation and drafting of applications for regulatory approvals - LLB (Regular Course), preferably from reputed Law College/University - Real Estate Exposure Must.
