Manager - Legal - Real Estate

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Be the single point of contact between the legal team and internal teams to negotiate, draft and review a wide variety of commercial agreements and property agreements including revenue share agreements and leave and license agreements

- Participate in negotiations with the client in conformance with internal requirements and risk identification & mitigation

- Work directly with business heads, serving as counsel on key deals, helping launch new products and services, providing day-to-day advice

- Resolve issues that arise in existing commercial relationships and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries

- Work with external Legal Counsel regarding specific matters

- High proficiency in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

Skills Required:

- High proficiency in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and work with other team members in a fast-moving environment.

- Experience of real estate laws, transactions and contracts is preferred.

- Ability to apply commercial considerations to contract negotiations, review and drafting

- Strong communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional team
