Manager - Legal - Real Estate

Job Description:-

- Drafting legal, Copyright & Patent experience required

- Must have knowledge in Corporate Laws, Arbitration Laws, and Contract Laws and must have good exposure to Civil and Criminal Litigations.

- Drafting, vetting, approving, negotiating and settling Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Mall Maintenance Agreement, Letter of Intent, Indemnity Bond, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Franchise Agreement etc.

- Vetting and drafting Suits/claim petitions, Writs, Misc. Applications/Affidavits, Written Statements, Legal Notices, reply to Show cause notices etc.

- To Brief lawyers and Senior Counsel and co-ordinate and interact with external Lawyers for handling the court cases before various courts, forums and regulatory bodies.

- To negotiate and liaison with various government departments on behalf of the Company

Salary offered: 8-10LPA
