Position Summary:
Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation, provide advice to internal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts including leases, licenses, agreements, and notices.
- Advise on title reports, lease documents, and liaise with external lawyers for due diligence.
- Oversee title search, due diligence, risk mitigation, and compliance processes.
- Guide stakeholders on legal interpretation.
- Serve as the central point of contact for real estate matters.
- Resolve land and property due diligence issues.
- Address legal notices related to the property.
- Interpret real estate laws and regulations.
- Ensure property documentation compliance.
- Strong communication skills, quick turnaround management, understanding of business.
