Legal Manager - Product Based IT Startup! - LLB degree + CS (a plus) - Experience working in similar product-based start-up IT companies preferred - Experience working in fundraising/IPO - Managing Investor Relations - Exposure working with international clients (US/UK) - Drafting, vetting and negotiating, and closing of various agreements, such as Service -Agreements, Agency Agreements, MOUs, NDA with MNCs. - Knowledge of Intellectual Property protection is a plus. - Should be able to manage the entire statutory records and secretarial compliance of the company. Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that have to be applied in the organization - Excellent written/verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are a must.
