A leading Real Estate focused private equity fund house is seeking to hire the undersaid Manager - Legal 1. Working full time with the legal team for portfolio companies managing major IT/ITES Parks across India; 2. Drafting and reviewing leave and leave and license agreements, lease deed, letters of intent, head of terms etc. in respect of commercial office spaces and ancillary spaces in the IT/ITES Parks. 3. Drafting and reviewing mortgage deed and other finance documents, facility agreement and such other document as maybe required with respect to the finance transactions being entered in to by the portfolio companies. 4. Advising and assisting the various departments of the portfolio companies in their legal/compliance and documentation requirements. 5. Negotiating and finalizing the documents listed in serial no. 2 and 3 above with counterparty lawyers advisers. 6. Reviewing litigation in respect of the properties owned, developed /being developed by the company.
