A leading MNC client of ours is looking for a Legal Manager role, based at Delhi/ NCR. We are looking for candidates from FMCG and Pharma companies for this role. This role will report into Regional Director Legal. This is an individual contributor role. Candidates with the following experience are preferred for this role: - Litigation and regulatory compliances under Food Laws (FSSAI), and Drugs and Cosmetics Laws - Legal Compliance Management (All Laws related to Factory, Warehouse, Distributor etc.) - Intellectual Property Laws (Trademark filing and Oppositions) - Competition, Media and Entertainment Laws - Brand Protection and Enforcement. - Civil and Consumer Laws - Criminal Laws. - Environmental Laws - Arbitration Laws and Practice The role would also be responsible for managing the following: - Drafting business agreements, litigation management, legal compliance/due diligence - Managing all regulatory issues, IPR protection & management, - Supporting corporate & financial restructuring, corporate governance compliance, issue of securities, etc. - Supporting finance team in recovering the account receivables / long pending out-standings with effective legal tools and team in order to improve the efficiency of collections - Responsible or all commercial contract management - Responsible for all vendor contracts - Responsible for all legal issues related to product recall, disputes etc - Responsible for all IPR related matters for E-Commerce - This would be an individual contributor role, based in Mumbai.
