Manager - Legal(Non Litigation) with a Leading NBFC in Mumbai Experience - 5-10 Years Location - Mumbai Compensation - 12-15 Years - LLB + Preference with Post Graduate Diploma in property law - Experience with a real estate company or housing finance company. - In-depth knowledge of property matters and legal aspects of housing finance business. - Good Presentation and communication skills - Advising Business and other Functions on various legal issues faced by them during their day to day work . - Review the Credit Committee Proposals / notes and give comments on the same. - Review and finalize the term sheets for construction funding transactions. - Review, negotiate and finalize the transaction documents in consultation . - Statutory and Regulatory Updates & analysis on a daily basis - Due Diligence, Pre-closing, Closing, Post-closing Compliances : Review of property documents and title search report - Review and follow up with recovery team wrt progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.
