Job Title : Legal Manager  Experience : 4-6 yrs (flexible)  Qualification : Graduation/LLB  Work Location : Bangalore  Reporting To : CFO  Detailed Job Description :  - Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and business proposals, handling contractual disputes.  - Cooperate with all Legal Compliance.  - Coordination with Company Secretarial and Finance.  - Provide legal input and advice on implementation of corporate strategy plans.  - Ensuring compliance with the company policies/process on commercial contracts.  - Drafting, reviewing and finalizing contracts, handling litigations and negotiations.  - Making Renewals, amendments and other corresponding letters to respective clients including reminders.  - Studying, analyzing, preparing and/or review of legal documents to maximize benefit to the company.  - Coordinating with the Compliance team in drafting company's internal policies, contracts etc.  - Client interaction & co-ordination.  - Analyzing different types of risks involved in various business transactions and providing solution to the risks using available organizational resources.  - Responsible for managing and supervising the activities of the team members and Paralegal functions within the Legal team.  - Coordinate with external legal consultants with regard to IPR, Labour laws etc.  - Preparing templates, trackers and checklists.  - Maintain hard copy/soft copy of all the agreements in the database.  - End to end contract management.
