Manager - Legal - NBFC - LLB

This role is open with a fast growing NBFC based out of Mumbai. Currently the team is around 150 people and they are looking to grow their workforce significantly in the next 12-24 months.

The organization has 2 entities- One is into wholesale lending the the other is into Home Financing.

- The incumbent needs to be very comfortable in dealing with legal matters on the wholesale lending side.

- While the opening is with an NBFC, the company is only looking for legal professionals working in Law Firms and catering to BFSI clients. Specifically,Wholesale lending.

Below are the key job roles to be carried out by the incumbent :

- Drafting and negotiating transactional documents for financing transactions

- Drafting and vetting other legal documents

- Liaising with the regulators

- Research work

- General corporate advisory, compliance and other related work

Qualification- LLB (Must Have), CS (Good to have)

Candidates who are currently based out of Mumbai would be preferred.
