Manager - Legal Merger & Acquisition

Should be from large corporate/Law Firm/ working at group level is preferred.

Should not be more than 30-31 Years of Age.

- Combination of debt and M&A

- Should have handled banking and transactions

- Should have worked as part of larger team

- Should have managed both domestic and international transactions

- Strategize and analyze the impact of various legal issues/ laws on diverse businesses of the group.

- Provide end to end support by managing legal matters internally with various stakeholders as well as with external counsels

- Integrate the legal function with the business requirements and achieve commercial success.

- Ability to work on diverse transactions pertaining to different businesses and optimize the function of corporate legal team
