Manager – Legal (Only Male Candidates)

- Contracts: drafting, negotiating and managing agreements pertaining to content acquisition and distribution, marketing, sales and finance.

- Collation of documents and details for drafting of agreements, responses to communications / notices from distribution platforms and related advisory work.

- To be on the top of any legal and commercial issues which may have an impact on the business and business relations of the company.

- Admin/HR Advisory: Advising the company on areas of employment, labor & property laws and related documentation.
