Manager - Legal - Manufacturing - LLB

Key Responsibilities

a. Independently drafting, negotiating and finalization of agreements, contracts, etc. of the company;

b. Independently handling litigations, consumer disputes, legal notices, recovery matters, etc.

c. Research and handling IPR related matters;

d. Exposure in Legal Metrology Act;

e. Exposure in handling IR and Labour related compliances;

f. Follow ups and coordination internally as well as with external consultants

Skills Required

a. Should have exposure in working with a Company or Corporate law firm;

b. Should have experience in handling various agreements and legal documentations;

c. Should have experience in managing litigations, Legal Notices, etc.

d. Should have some exposure in attending IPR related matters;

e. Should have experience in handling 138 N.I. Act proceeding and Consumer disputes;

f. Should be good in legal research and advisory.

Essential Experience:

a. Contract Management

b. Litigation Management

c. Legal Metrology Laws

d. Notice Management

e. Legal Records Maintenance and Management

f. Should be good in managing Online system and MS Word (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Minimum Qualification:

-LLB with 6+ years of experience from a manufacturing industry is a must.
