- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of legal contracts with business partners, trade-vendors, customers, etc. and software agreements, brand endorsement contracts,. - Litigation pertaining to trademark and copyright infringement, registration of trademarks, summary suits, recovery proceedings - Driving the legal compliance portal. - Serve as point-of-contact between two parties in contractual matters - Drafting of legal notices, reply to customer complaints, representations and replies for statutory authorities requiring legal advice and assistance etc. - Supporting stakeholders in implementing ethics and compliance policy of the company. - Co-ordination with Advocates and Counsels in connection with company litigation. - Preparation and review of notice, reply, application, petition and written statements etc. Review progress of on-going cases and provide regular updates to seniors - Anticipate legal support needs of the business and help define and drive the strategic plans of the Business. - Advising Marketing on product labelling, marketing and ethical promotion. - Co-ordinate with other legal personnel in the group and keep up-to-date status of the legal matters of the Company. - Drives contract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process, and/or contract execution. Manages contract change control process and related correspondence requiring legal input. Competencies: - Possesses excellent legal skills including drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills. - Knowledge of factories act and Labor Compliances across India - Takes ownership of all responsibilities and honors commitments - Conscientious and efficient in meeting commitments - Monitors and adjusts plans and actions as necessary Looking Candidates from Manufacturing background.
