Legal Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drafting of various legal documents including NDA, Contracts, Notices, Affidavits, MOU, Shareholders Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, Deeds, Declarations, POA, Petitions, Applications etc.

- Monitoring and handling litigations / matters under various laws mainly under Rent Control Act, Trademarks Act, Negotiable Instrument Act, Companies Act, IBC.

- Providing legal support to various business functions and projects.

- Monitoring changes in the laws, regulations and policies etc.

- Effective research and analytical skills.

Essential Skills / Competencies:

- Strong command of English (both written and verbal).

- Ability to interact independently with various external stakeholders.

- Very strong MS Office and Computer skills.

- Should be a positive mind-set person with a good attitude and temperament communication with good interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

Qualifications and Experience:

- UG: LLB in Any Specialization

- PG: LLM in Any Specialization

- Experience - 5 years or more in the legal field
