Manager - Legal - LLB - Media

Job Description:

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of documents and agreements

- Handling litigation which includes drafting of pleadings, Plaint, Written statement, etc.

- Advising the company on legal issues and giving legal opinions, drafting legal notices, replying to legal notices, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

MALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED

WORK EXPERIENCE IN MEDIA SECTOR MUST

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills

- Confident & determined approach.

- Adequate working knowledge of direct / indirect taxation

- Hardworking & Committed.

- Self-motivated.

- Attention to and consistent achievement of deadlines;

- Should have relevant experience in dealing with corporate laws as well as criminal court cases.
