Looking for a Legal Manager

Key Responsibilities : Must be a Labour Law Expert

- Support property management operations team

- Managing legal compliance & litigations relating to customers, vendors and employees.

- Support corporate finance team

- Drafting agreements relating to mergers & acquisitions, bank financing, Private equity, IPO, rights issue, Bonus issue, bonds, adventures and any other financing arrangements.

Desired Profile :

- Should be LLB/LLM Graduate

- Should have 6+ Years of experience

- Must be a Labour Law Expert
