Manager - Legal - LLB/LLM

Job Title: Legal Manager - IT Service - Mumbai

Legal Advisory:

- Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on a wide range of legal issues affecting the company.

- Interpret and explain legal documents, contracts, and policies to internal stakeholders.

Contract Management:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

- Ensure that all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Compliance:

- Monitor and ensure the company's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

Risk Management:

- Identify and assess legal risks associated with business operations and provide proactive solutions.

- Work collaboratively with departments to mitigate legal risks.

Corporate Governance:

- Oversee corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder relations, and regulatory compliance.

- Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements.

Litigation Management:

- Manage and coordinate external legal counsel in litigation matters.

- Participate in dispute resolution and settlement negotiations.

Training and Education:

- Provide training to employees on legal matters and compliance issues.

- Keep abreast of legal developments and update internal stakeholders accordingly.
