Job role -

- Exposure in drafting, litigation is mandatory.

- Experience in corporate affairs, due diligence would be added advantage.

- Applicants with experience in reviewing and drafting contracts or agreements can apply.

- Exposure in preparation of litigation MIS / Presentations can apply.

- Should possess experience of assisting with negotiations and providing legal advice.

- Finalisation draft petitions/replies to be filed before Courts/tribunals for the company.
