Preferred Candidates who are pass out from National law University.  JOB PURPOSE:   - Manage and provide expertise in drafting & litigation at Group level.  - Provide research based insights to Chief Legal Officer on critical legal matters.  - Develop leadership communication notes/presentations.  KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :  - To provide legal assistance to functional head and leadership.  - To ensure drafting and vetting of strategic/critical matters w.r.t. petitions, written statements, replications, affidavits, legal notices, and suits of various natures.  - To undertake legal research on on-going basis, keep updated & utilization of research work for company's similar issues/matters.  - To prepare leadership dashboards & presentations on on-going legal matters.  - To act as a custodian of key MIS, communication & legal matters that draws top attention of leadership team  - To draft and ensure standardization of legal documents  - To update the legal status through Automation / Programs.  EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:   - 5 years- integrated degree in Law (like B.A + LLB) from top 5 Law institutes in India   - Preferably having MBA or certification courses from foreign university  If you are interested kindly revert with your CV and Your CCTC
