Job Description :

- Contract Management

- Developing legal process

- Proper Tax structuring for contracts which is entered by the Company

- Intellectual Property Management System

- Designing Compliance Management System

- Litigation's

- To monitor and comply with the Global Risk Management standards

- Providing consultations in designing well defined HR process, governance and compliance

- Ethics Leader for the organization

- Lead Lawyer for a client dedicated team. The client, engaged in advanced automation technologies, is based out of Chippenham, England and has presence across the world.

- Provide contract management services, including setting up and maintaining contract database, creation of standard contract templates basis instructions received from the client, creation of rule books/play books/guidance notes for drafting, reviewing and redlining contracts, for various divisions of the client.

- Conduct contract risk analysis for various client projects.

- Review and recommend improvisation in internal legal processes of the client.

- Manage the team dedicated to provide legal support services to the client.

- Nominated for leadership award within the organization
