Manager - Legal - Labour Laws & Compliance - IT/ITES

Hiring for a position in Labor Laws & Compliance Management with a Multinational Company.

Required:

- A Graduate in Law/ from a premier law school in India, preferably with a Masters in law.

- Candidate must be keen to build a career as In House legal.

- At least 8- 10 years of post-qualification experience in managing labor laws, compliance, and legal matters.

- Must have awareness/ knowledge of all laws applicable to technology companies in India

- An up-to-date knowledge of all Indian commercial, corporate and labor laws

- Ability to manage a variety of regulatory compliance, litigation, contracts, labor related legal issues, with
varying levels of complexity to successful completion

Location: Hyderabad
