Manager - Legal - IT/Manufacturing

- The candidate will be in a Contracts focused role responsible for providing commercial/transactional support, working both independently on assigned projects, and collaboratively with other team members.

- The candidate is expected to draft, review, redline, negotiate and close various contracts and other transactional documents, as well as to conduct general commercial and legal research, and draft commercial documents and critical correspondence, in the Auto-tech, Internet E-Commerce, Information Technology, Advertising, SaaS, Software Licensing and other related domains in compliance with relevant and applicable laws, rules & regulations.

- This will initially be an individual contributor role leading to a team manager handling a lean team.
