Manager - Legal - IT

Looking for legal Manager for IT Distribution client . Candidates with maximum 1 month Notice period shall apply.

- This role involves independent handling of legal assignments and contract management of business vertical.

- Legal exposure comprise litigations, drafting, analyzing, vetting, negotiating and maintenance of various contracts, interaction with Advocates in India.

In the above area of work, is primarily responsible for:

- Legal Affairs

- Government Affairs

- Licensing

Principal Accountabilities :

- Drafting, vetting and finalization of agreements & legal documents, marketing schemes, products labels, promotional materials, etc.

- Contract Management

- Risk mitigation and control

- Negotiation and finalization of terms and condition and placement of Insurance policies

- Negotiation and finalization of terms and condition and placement of Insurance policies and their Claims

- Compliance relating to legal metrology Act

- Ensure compliance with Company policies

- Advise management on regulatory changes impacting business

- Discussions and conferences with Advocates and leading law firms of India

- Proactively liaison with Govt. / Industry Associations to ensure regulatory changes are in line with business objectives
