Manager - Legal - Investment Bank

We are looking for Manager Legal for a leading Investment Bank.

Job Location is Bangalore.

Qualification : Legal Graduate/ Post Graduate

- 8 to 10 years of experience into Legal Activities.

- Good knowledge on Corporate and Labor Laws, knowledge on Statutory Compliance and Legal Risk Management.

- Responsible for contract and legal compliance management.

- Provides legal advice.

- Represents the Company in legal matters/contracts under negotiation.

- Proficiency in Drafting and Negotiating Contracts.

- Drafting, vetting and negotiating contracts viz., master services agreements, consultancy agreements, vendor contracts, licensing agreements, alliance agreements, partnership and subcontract agreements.
