Manager - Legal - Intellectual Property Rights - Auto/BFSI/IT

Should be from large corporate/ working at group level is preferred.

Should not be more than 30-31 Years of Age.

- Monitoring and Managing entire Intellectual Property Rights Assets of Group Companies across Asia and Africa including USA and Europe and Middle East.

- Carrying out searches, providing legal opinion for registration of various Trade marks.

- Taking appropriate legal action including filing WIPO complaints, civil suits, cyber complaints, criminal action for infringement/violation of the mark and all other trademarks of Group Companies.

- Monitoring and maintaining the IPR assets including trademarks, copyright and patent matters of Group.

- Reviewing and monitoring IPR including domain related matters for Africa, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka region on quarterly and case to case basis. Assisting legal teams in India, Africa, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh and Netherlands with their IP related issues.

- Assisting and monitoring patents currently filed on behalf of group.

- Carrying out prior art searches and providing legal opinion on feasibility of filing the said patents. Hiring new law firms for handling Patent related issues and bench marking fee for the assignment.
