Responsibilities:
- The guy must have experience in Corporate Affairs, International Law (US, UK, UAE or any other), Mergers & Acquisition.
- Reviewing & Finalization of agreement which includes agency services agreement, Suppliers agreement, NDA, Insurance agreement, Hotels agreement for India, Middle east, APAC, LATAM and Europe territory.
- Provide legal assistance to functional head and leadership in developing the agreement, communications and policies.
- Provide legal assistance to Human resources team for employment matters and contract to draft for employment and other relating matters within India and outside India.
- Coordinate for sending of legal notices to clients, filing of legal or Civil case against debtors defaulting payments.
- Coordination with Legal consultant in each country for legal cases, disputes resolutions and preparation of contracts with travel agents as per local laws.
- Provide Counsel and Assistance to IT Department on software licensing, anti-infringement and anti-piracy compliances
